Elizabeth heads up the EIU's team of industry-focused analysts and editors.
Team coverage includes Automotive, Consumer Goods, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.
Prior to joining the Economist Intelligence Unit, Elizabeth was Global Director of Research at Pyramid Research. She led Pyramid’s global research team, managing five department heads across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa/Middle East, and Asia.
She reported directly to the CEO and served as a key member of the company’s Leadership Team.
Elizabeth also oversaw business and operational planning and managed profit and loss (approximately $6m and 25 employees), negotiated and retained key client contracts through regular client visits with sales team and established and championed the research team’s intellectual agenda.
Elizabeth holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MSc from the London School of Economics. She also has an MBA from the London Business School.
