Justin Wood runs the Economist Intelligence Unit Corporate Network in Singapore. The Corporate Network is a membership-based business advisory and networking service for senior executives. It offers independent, and opinion-leading research and analysis of the key trends and issues driving economics and business, and provides a forum for members to meet their peers and share their experiences. In Asia, the Corporate Network has branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing.
Mr Wood joined The Economist Group in 1999, working as a journalist in London covering Europe’s financial markets. In 2002 he moved to Singapore to write about finance, business, economics and management in Asia. He joined the Corporate Network in May 2006.
Mr Wood is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and has completed post-graduate qualifications in corporate finance from London Business School. Also a trained journalist, his career as a reporter and editor spans 14 years, during which time he has written for a wide range of finance, investment and general business media, working in the UK, the Middle East and Asia. He continues to write for a variety of Economist Group publications.
