Manisha Mirchandani is responsible for developing and executing custom research projects across the region. Prior to this, Manisha was regional manager of programmes and government relations at the Economist Group in Asia-Pacific, responsible for conducting political analysis, developing programmes and building relationships with ministries across the region. She has worked with senior officials in markets including India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and South Korea to facilitate the participation of government leaders and heads of state at the company’s flagship “Government Roundtable” series, and authored briefings and reports for various business units across the group. Manisha was previously senior researcher at a leading business intelligence company in the United Kingdom, where she tracked industry and policy developments in the mobile telecommunications space. She has also worked in editorial roles for a number of Hong Kong- and London-based publications. Manisha holds a BA from the University of Liverpool and a MSc from the London School of Economics.
