Rebecca is an editor/economist with the Asia team at the Economist Intelligence Unit. She has a Masters degree in Asian politics from The School of Oriental and African Studies (London) and a Bachelors degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
Prior to joining the EIU, Rebecca worked for a political risk consultancy, where she was a Principal Analyst focusing on Asia. As well as producing generic and bespoke reports for clients across sectors including extractives, financial and consumer goods, she also was responsible for an annual index on integration with the BRIC economies. Previously, Rebecca worked for Chatham House, on a project looking at interdependencies between China and Europe.
